Ideally located in the city of Kelowna, the resort is placed on the 1580 Highway and is about 5 minutes drive to the Orchard Park Shopping Centre, the largest mall in the British Columbia interior.

Das Hotel liegt nicht gerade im Zentrum an der Kreuzung der Highways 33 und 97. Es hat einen Outdoor- und einen Indoor-Pool und einen Whirlpool. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber für nordamerikanische Motel-Verhältnisse nicht schlecht. Gratis-Frühstück beinhaltet Muffins, Früchte, Säfte und Kaffee. Für 6.50 CAD kann man ein BBQ-Frühstück mit 2 Eiern, Toast, Speck oder Würstchen und Bratkartoffeln haben - die Portion ist dann gross genug :). Betten sind typisch NorAm sehr weich und daher nicht so mein Fall. Die Anlage generell ist recht grün und mein Zimmer war auch sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist durchwegs extrem nett und hilfsbereit.
